Parklife is the 6th expansion pack for Cities: Skylines. It was announced on 2018-04-18 and was released on 2018-05-24 alongside Country Road Radio and Patch 1.10. Cities: Skylines Parklife presents you with many new features allowing for a refreshed look of already existing areas as well as new ones created specifically for recreational purposes. With the DLC you can create areas of four different themes such as City Parks, Nature Reserves, Zoos, and Amusement Parks.

Cities: Skylines - Parklife is a playful new expansion, making your city more alive with new amusement parks, nature reserves, city parks and zoos, and giving new life to your empty land with custom parks and gardens. With everything from roller coasters and campsites to flower beds, fountains and flamingos, Parklife adds new ways to play, with the introduction of a new park area tool and level-up features that increase your parks property values, along with five new maps and a ton of assets in play.

Overview

Cities: Skylines is a city-building simulation. It rekindled the attention to detail and ambitious city planning of the Sim City games. You zone buildings, place roads, set taxation, provide public services and public transportation. The aim is to do this while also maintaining your budget, health, employment, and pollution levels.
The game offers a more detailed simulation than previous interactions of the genre. It offers an open world that can host the daily routines of nearly a million unique citizens, while presenting this to the player via an understandable interface. Through stats, dashboards and infographics you can see realistic traffic congestion, pollution, electric and water supply.
