Located in a post-apocalyptic world ScourgeBringer puts you in the shoes of the most deadly warrior in his clan: Kyra. Help her explore the unknown and make her way through ancient machines that protect the seal of her past and perhaps the redemption of humanity.

ScourgeBringer is a handy game. This is the fidget spinner rogue-lite action about bish-bash-bashing through enemy single-screen levels. The protagonist of Kyhra has a sword to cut, a drone that can shoot bullets and a series of sublime movements to control. I played alpha early before the initial access was released later this year, and my fingers want more.

The dashboard did it for me, really. Kyra can jump around and hover indefinitely on the walls while swinging her sword, and combined with the hyphen means your feet should barely touch the ground. You can jump in the air, smash multiple enemies to pieces, then run quickly to the next group of criminals. Anything you hit will damage and there are swarms of enemies that appear all at once. The result is that you feel like an arrow surrounded by balloons.
